"Roberto Cassara has always been a good co-worker when he used to work at my side he always followed instructions and did things the right way and in safe manner and timely excellent he is type of person that is 2 or 3 steps ahead of you while working on pipes and putting things together at the time I was his lead worker while doing underground drinking water and sewer pipe repair I also trained him to run backhoes and loader enumatic equipment if I had a position for Roberto I would take him on my division any time because he understands safety 1st and to always do things the right way and not to come back to them in our life time if the work is done right."
