About Colby Community College
Colby Community College is located in northwest Kansas and offers a wide variety of face-to-face, technical, and online programs to obtain a variety of one and two-year degree and transfer programs.CCC is consistently at or near the top among all Kansas community colleges in retention and graduation rates. In addition to the main campus, Colby operates a 60-acre farm for students to use as a hands-on laboratory and training facility. Varsity athletics include basketball, wrestling, volleyball, track, cross country, softball, and baseball, as well as co-ed equestrian and livestock judging teams. Colby continuously strives to improve the student experience. Since 2017, the college has added a new indoor athletic training facility, indoor tennis and pickleball courts, renovations of five student housing sections, and a one-on-one academic advising center. Plans are underway to build a 12,400-square-foot agriculture building scheduled to open for the fall 2023 semester.
