Description

As a Senior Manager at Moen Incorporated, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our supply chain operations. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data to improve processes, and leading a talented group of professionals. You will be responsible for enhancing plant operations, sourcing strategies, materials planning, and inventory management. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain management.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in plant operations, sourcing, materials planning, forecasting, or sales and inventory planning.
• A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, hire, and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• High emotional intelligence and a strong capability to drive organizational change.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in dynamic environments while delivering measurable results.

Nice to Have

• Experience in change management practices and strategies.
• Background in capacity planning, SIOP process leadership, or scenario/trade-off analysis.
• Familiarity with forecasting and supply planning systems, with experience in evaluating their ROI.
