Requirements

• 3 or more years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible in work schedule to accommodate project needs.
• Valid, clean driver’s license to commute to various job sites.
• Able to multi-task effectively while managing installation tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
• Own hand and power tools necessary for installation tasks.
• Knowledge of safety rules and requirements in HVAC work.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Additional certifications in HVAC installation or related fields.
• Experience with energy-efficient HVAC systems and technologies.
