We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to efficiently evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to each job. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize efficiency by prioritizing high-value and urgent service calls
• Coordinate technicians in the field, ensuring timely and quality service
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and report key metrics to management
• Engage with customers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction
• Resolve customer concerns and promote repeat business
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance service and dispatch efficiency

• Proven experience in customer service or dispatching
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy – proficient with phone systems and scheduling software
• Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented mindset with a drive for excellence
