We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Weatherization Energy Auditor/Inspector to join our team and contribute to our mission of reducing energy consumption and improving the quality of life for our residents.

Pay: Up to $25hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Varies
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits and inspections of buildings.
• Identify and document areas for energy efficiency improvements.
• Perform diagnostic testing, including blower door tests and infrared thermography.
• Develop detailed reports and recommendations for weatherization measures.
• Collaborate with clients to explain findings and proposed solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest energy efficiency technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in energy auditing or building performance preferred.
• Proven experience in energy auditing, weatherization, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency principles, and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
