Position Title: Roto Molding Machine Operator

Wage: $20.00 hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7am-3:30pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Roto Molding Machine Operator for a company in Racine, WI. This is a contract to hire role.

Roto Molding Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fill molding tooling with proper resin and weight
- Unload mold or tooling as required by machine time
- Visually inspect each part for quality
- Reject non-conforming parts as needed and place them in designated area
- Always ensure proper maintenance of tooling
- Trim and deburr part and put in cart
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Follow all appropriate safety regulations
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
- Maintain time and productions records
- May perform duties based upon production demands

Roto Molding Machine Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; 3-6 month of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
