Position Summary:
The primary responsibility includes managing daily HR functions related to compliance and enforcement of company policies and practices, workforce management and development, compensation, wage and hour, leave of absence, disciplinary and or corrective actions, dispute resolutions, handling employee relations matters, talent management, conducting investigations, and performance related matters, Additional responsibilities include employee , recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety, training and development.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to front line leaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Partner with leaders to foster an engaging, employee-centric culture through strategic support in engagement, performance, workforce planning, and compensation.
• Analyzes and monitor HR metrics and trends (e.g., overtime, branch performance dashboards) to develop actionable plans with leadership.
• Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly reports to branch leadership, offering insights and recommendations to address trends and opportunities.
• Track, document, and ensure compliance with mandatory and optional training, harassment, and professional development requirements. Oversee and ensure consistent, complaint adjudication of background checks.
• Manage the online Onboarding program and team member recognition programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices. Review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
