Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Cooking and/or serving food in accordance to Six Flags standards 
• Greeting ech guest as they walk up to location  
• Cleaning outdoor and indoor seating areas 
• Removing garbage and transporting it to disposal area 
• Enforcing all six flags policies  
• Assisting in other areas of the Food And Beverage Department 
• Performing other incidental and related duties required 
• Responsible for all alcohol served 
• Follows company policies and procedures regarding alcohol services and sales 
• Decline service to guest with no proper identification 

Skills and qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years old or older 
• Able to communicate effectively including: reading, writing, and speaking 
• Analytical problem solving 
• Positive attitude 
• Ability to work independently with little supervision 
• Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays 
• MUST hold a valid TABC certificate during employment 

Other functions:  

• All other duties necessary to support the park as a whole

• Food and Beverage Lead
