Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Required:  Automotive Service Advisor Experience
• Service Advisors encouraged to apply from All other Manufacturers
• KIA/Hyundai Experience is a plus!
• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• A positive attitude and professional experience
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service appointments and more
• Greet customers and offer additional services and special promotions
• Follow status of vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned
