Position Title: Coil Winder Trainee

Wage: $18/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-2:30pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Coil Winder Trainee for a company in Richmond, IL. This is an associate to hire role.

Coil Winder Trainee Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Final assembly of the transformers and enclosures 
- Attach welding terminals to coils through brazing or welding depending on work directions
- Complete any custom requests for orders 
- Overhead crane operation

Coil Winder Trainee Requirements:
- Stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and move about all shifts 
- Ability to lift 50 pounds 
- Occasionally lift, pull, push
- Will use the overhead crane as needed 
- Excellent hand-eye coordination is needed 
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions 
- Experience with hand and power tools preferred
- Previous experience with brazing or welding is a plus
