• Location: Brainerd, MN area
• Compensation: $17hr - $22/hr+. Pay varies based on certifications, experience, and position.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technical resources.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols while delivering high-quality, efficient service.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors or team leads.
• Stay current on manufacturer guidelines, tools, and technology as part of continuous learning and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a technician or maintenance role preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus), and/or passionate about cars!
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certain roles require technical training or certifications (e.g., ASE, OEM training).
• Comfortable using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop technology
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
